About the Journal
The Bhutan Journal of Management (BJoM) is a peer-reviewed publication of the Royal Institute of Management (RIM), Bhutan’s leading institute for management and public administration. The journal publishes original research articles, review papers, and case studies that focus on public policy and management within the Bhutanese context.
BJoM’s objective is to contribute to the development of a robust knowledge base in management and to encourage informed discourse on contemporary issues in public policy and administration in Bhutan.
It is freely accessible online and serves as a key resource for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers interested in Bhutanese management practices.
Published bi-annually (February & August), the journal invites submissions that address emerging and relevant issues in management and public policy from a Bhutanese perspective.
