Call for Papers

The Bhutan Journal of Management (BJoM), a peer-reviewed publication of the Royal Institute of Management (RIM), invites submissions for its upcoming issues.

The journal seeks to promote scholarly research and informed discourse on issues pertinent to public policy and management within the Bhutanese context.

We welcome original research articles, review papers, and case studies that explore emerging and relevant themes in management, governance, and public administration. Submissions should contribute to building a robust knowledge base in the field and engage critically with local realities and practices.
